1. Products & Pricing

All artworks are original, unique creations. Prices are as listed and subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing your order.

3. Shipping & Handling

Preparation time for original artworks is approximately 2 weeks before shipping. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Kiu Kiu is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping information, we must be notified within 24 hours of purchase to guarantee a redirect. Once a package has dispatched from our studio, we are unable to change the destination address.

4. Duties & Taxes

Kiu Kiu is not responsible for any import fees, customs duties, or taxes applied to your order once it has shipped. This applies to all original artworks purchased through the studio.

Any applicable taxes or duties are not included in the checkout total. These charges are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Depending on your country, the customs agency may contact you by mail, phone, or email to arrange payment before delivery can be completed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any required import fees, VAT, or similar charges. If duties or taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused, the artwork will be returned to us. Once received in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the artwork only, minus any return shipping costs and international fees incurred by the studio. Please note: while shipping is complimentary at checkout, it still carries a cost that is non-refundable in the case of returned or refused parcels.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of original art, all sales are final. Returns or refunds are accepted only if the artwork arrives damaged or defective. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks and content on this site are the intellectual property of Kiu Kiu. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your information securely. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and usage.

8. Limitation of Liability

Once an artwork has been safely delivered and is in the possession of the collector, Kiu Kiu is no longer liable for its condition. We are not responsible for any damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or accidents occurring after delivery.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, or compensation for products that have been damaged while in the care of the customer.
